Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Longspirit Pest Control wants everyone to be able to use longspirit.living, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a common standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Aim to Take
A good website is like a well-marked building: easy to enter and easy to move through. To get there, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors use the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of this site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@longspirit.living and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your feedback on how accessible this site is. Please email contact@longspirit.living and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Keeping at It
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
Get in touch
Tell us what you are seeing at home. We will route your request to an independent provider in our network, who can then talk through next steps with you.
