There are two stops on the way to help. First, you reach Longspirit Pest Control, the referral service. We take down the basics and route your request. Second, you speak with an independent provider in our network. That provider does the inspection, gives the quote, and does the work.

A helpful comparison is a train station. Longspirit Pest Control is the ticket window that points you to the right platform. The provider is the train.

What happens when you reach out

You can fill out the request form, or Request a callback to check provider availability. Either way, expect a few simple questions:

• What pest or animal do you think you have?
• Where did you see it, and how often?
• What kind of home is it, and is anyone in it sensitive to treatments?
• How should a provider reach you?

Your answers help match you with a provider who handles that type of job. Many providers can respond quickly, but timing is up to each provider.

What to ask a provider

Once a provider reaches you, these questions keep things clear:

• Are you licensed for this work in my state?
• What exactly will you inspect, and what will it involve?
• Will you put the quote in writing before work starts?
• What products or methods do you use, and are they safe around kids and pets?
• Is there a follow-up visit, and is it part of the price?
• What happens if the problem returns?

For bed bug treatment or termite work, also ask how many visits are usual and what prep you need to do.

You are in control

Sending a request does not lock you in. You can say no, ask for time, or compare a second quote. A fair provider will not rush you. If something feels off, trust that feeling and step back.
