Grow your pest control business

Longspirit Pest Control is a referral service. We do not hire technicians or run crews. Instead, we connect homeowners who have a pest or wildlife problem with independent local providers. If you run your own business and want homeowner requests sent your way, this page is for you.

Think of the network like a community bulletin board. Homeowners post what they need, and the right local business gets pointed out. You still run your own shop, set your own methods, and do your own work.

Who we are looking for

We are interested in independent providers who serve homeowners in San Dimas, CA and the San Dimas area. That includes:

• General pest control for ants, spiders, roaches, crickets, and similar pests.
• Rodent and wildlife removal, including exclusion and cleanup.
• Residential termite inspection and treatment.
• Bed bug treatment.

You do not need to offer every service. Focus on what you do well.

What we expect

The homeowner is trusting you with their home, so a few basics apply:

• Hold every license and insurance policy your state and trade require.
• Be honest about what the problem is and what it will take to solve.
• Give homeowners a written quote before work begins.
• Follow label directions and local rules on products and wildlife handling.
• Return homeowner contacts promptly and say so plainly when you cannot take a job.
• Be clear about your own prices and terms. Longspirit Pest Control does not set them.

Providers are independent. You are not an employee of Longspirit Pest Control, and we do not direct how you do the work.

How to apply

• Your business name and the towns you cover.
• The services you offer.
• Your license details, where your state requires them.
• A good phone number or email for homeowner contact.

We will read your note and reply with the next steps. Details of any referral arrangement are shared in writing so both sides know what to expect. Joining is not a promise of any set number of requests.
